CASE STUDY

Renewable UK
WindEurope 2023, Copenhagen

We recently won, via competitive tender, the opportunity to design, build and install the Renewable UK and Wind Energy Ireland pavilion at WindEurope 2023.

We have a long experience working for clients at this and similar shows in Europe. We know how important it is to create a high quality, welcoming stand with an emphasis on meeting space to allow partners to meet their clients.

To stand out from the crowd, our design utilised a custom manufactured lightbox around the circumference of the pavilion, creating a real wow factor while projecting the client branding across the hall.

Within the stand on the upper level, a wrap around of partner logo’s demonstrating at a glance the range of products on show.

And alongside individual partner pods, an expansive lounge with catering to allow exhibitors to welcome and meeting their clients in comfort.

We were really pleased with this new, custom design. Highly visible, welcoming, comfortable and flexible, the stand allowed for a range of activities during the show from meetings to presentations and a VIP reception.

HUGE thank you to all the team at Rocket Exhibitions for making our UK Pavilion at WindEurope Annual Event 2023 in Copenhagen such a success this year. Right from the first briefing call the team have been super supportive, enthusiastic and we felt took care to listen to what we were aiming to achieve.

The design process was first class which made the update calls a joy to watch the 100m space come to life. Our co-exhibitors enjoyed the experience and complimented on the high build quality and infrastructure that enabled high quality networking across the three days.

Rocket Exhibitions has helped us to take the UK Pavilion concept at European events to the next level and look forward to working together on the next event.

We really enjoy working with the renewable sector. As a firm, we take sustainability seriously and are proud to be able to re-use or remanufacture up to 80% of this stand for future exhibitions. And remainder is not sent to landfill, but instead used as fuel in our factory waste to heat plant.
